None Delivery from Makro Strubens Valley

On 12 November I purchased 4 x Terrance Leisure Umbrella & 15kg base combo as advertised on the Makro site for the company I work for. Delivery is 5-7 days, but I guess things happens and being human, we should allow for a little extra time. 10 Days later on 26th November, I received an email from Makro Stubens Valley sales manager - Debbie Jacobs asking if everything was okay with the order. On my initial reply I had said everything was fine, although turn around time on the order could use some work, as I was not in the office and I was under the impression that it was delivered. On 28th November, I corrected myself, say no delivery was received and from then to Monday 2 December, there has been back and fourth on email between myself, Debbie and the courier company about delivery, not the mention the numerous calls I received asking if I will be "home" to receive delivery, when I clearly specified the delivery address with the business name, I mean how else would they deliver with no address. Fast forward to Monday 2 December, umbrellas delivered with no bases, I immediately sent a mail to Debbie and everyone else on the mail thread notifying them that only the umbrella was received and no base, to date no reply from anyone? I have made numerous attempts to call Debbie and it either rings or goes to voicemail. How can you advertise a special and not deliver on it and then ignore a customer? I would appreciate feedback on this.
