None delivery 13days later

I placed an online order on the 30th November 2022 and to date I have not received the order. I’ve tracked it and it states that it’s packed yet no delivery. I have emailed and called the Riversands store yet nobody is assisting. This is the 2nd time I receive such ********** service from this very store and it’s honestly unacceptable! I will be travelling for holidays in a day and will not be available to accept the order until the new year. This is absolute nonsense that it takes so long to make a delivery!
