None completion of Order number MAK***

I would like to give a - 5 star rating. Once again Makro has failed to get a purchase ready in time. Last year it was a fridge that was delivered a month late with little apology. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I order camping chairs Order number MAK ********** ) for collection by myself (thinking that collecting from a store would be quicker) and as things stand the chairs are 2 weeks late. When you phone their helpline all you get told is they're waiting for the courier. I told then I'm collecting from the store so why are they waiting for a courier? No answer to that. No call back as promised. No response to email. Basically Makro is pathetic.
