Non-working fridge delivered and no support received to date

Terrible experience. I bought a fridge from Makro 2 weeks ago, the fridge was delivered two days later but has never worked. It switches on but does not get cold - we are unable to store food in our new house as a result. I have called everyday with no help from the either Makro or Defy - it's absolutely terrible service.
