Non return of pools at Makro and it is not explained when we buy

Bought a pool on the 24 September and no one explained that I cannot return it. I found it to be having a whole on the side and I tried to do an exchange but they said I cannot return a pool. To my surprise there was another one abounded right there same brand and size and client was also told they don’t exchange pools.
