Non responsiveness

I was in the market for Xiaomi Mesh router and found a triband one on the Makro online for R 3314. The order was placed and paid for on 25 March 2025. The delivery was made on the 28 March 2025, I arrived home and it was found that it was in fact a dual band and not a tri band one as advertised. I then logged a call immediately. I have been reaching out to Makro to determine when the collection will take place and there is no indication when this will happen. I would like to get my refund and purchase from their competitor ( Takealot ) and save R 1214 rand doing so. They are selling the dual band considerably cheaper. I have reached out to them 3 times now and they have not come back to me.
