Non-performance of sale

Makro has not delivered the item I ordered on 25 March to date. I reached out to the customer care line and Simphiwe Mbambo responded on 8 April saying that they're following up with the relevant department and will get back to me. This is a ridiculously long waitinc period for a single item and I would simply appreciate that Makro cancel the order and refund the purchase price please.
