Non existing online service

Non existing service ordered a gaming chair over a month ago in the first week they said they have no stock only to find the add on the site is still working 100% and they delete reviews on there web site so if there is no reviews there us probably no product I am still waiting for the cash to be refunded will phone them only to get a msg saying it's processing and I'll get my money back in 5 days still waiting poor company and poor service
