Non-Existent Service Delivery- Makro

I have now had two lousy experiences with Massmart i.e Builders and Makro

I placed an order with Makro online, which they eventually cancelled after I had harrassed them for two weeks, due to non delivery!!! Ultimately I was told 'their supplier' couldn't supply what I had ordered.

Two weeks ago today I placed an order with Builders on line. Todate and despite follow ups, no-one can tell me when I will get my goods or if I will ever get them.

The call centre is a joke and emails sent from their contact centre are the generic, 'so sorry we are following up and have escalated!!!

Poor poor show Massmart et al.
