Non existent after sales service from makro

After 10 days and my having to get makros attention they sent people to collect the broken fridge. When asked those who are to repair the fridge couldn't give a timeline. makro chooses to ignore my other comments about those items that went bad waiting for them to wake up and provide customer service.

makro you have convinced me to never buy any appliance from your stores again. Thank you for that lesson.
