NON EXISTANT MAKRO ONLINE ONLY DELIVERY

Ordered something on Makro online Saturday 26 March. 30th phone to check and it was waiting for the courier to collect. Friday 1 April parcel.was with courier but the decided not to deliver. It was meant to delivered on Sàturday it's now Sunday and the parcel is still not delivered and no one knows where it is . What's the point of ONLINE only when it doesn't get delivered.
