Non Devivery

I am extremely frustrated and concerned about what seems to be ongoing issues with my recent orders and deliveries. I have just received a call from your supplier regarding orders OD*** and OD***, informing me that a delivery attempt was made on Friday but that no one was home. This is incorrect. I was home the entire day on Friday and no one called me, nor was any delivery attempt made. Additionally, when I check the Makro system, the status for the order still shows “Ready to Ship”, which makes the situation even more confusing. I am also still waiting for order OD*** to be cancelled and refunded, and I have not received any update on this either. Could you please urgently clarify: What is happening with the delivery of the above orders Why the system still reflects “Ready to Ship” The status of the cancellation and refund for OD*** This situation is becoming extremely frustrating.
