Non- delivery of product. Poor service and sub standard level of communication

I ordered a study desk for varsity for my son from The Montague Gardens Store on 2 February 2025. Every day I contact the help line to ascertain a delivery date and nobody bothers to provide any feedback . As of today, 12 February, 10 days after the purchase I have still not received the desk. I have also requested a refund and Makro also does't respond to this request.
