Non Delivery of phone

Makro online still waiting into my third week for my order I purchased a Samsung cell phone more than two weeks ago and no one at Makro gets back to me by phone or email. The couriers that Makro sent are yet to deliver the phone. I have no return of call, not even a manager has returned my calls. On calling this morning I was told the manager would return my call. I have no missed calls on my phone. Lack of customer care. I would like my order desperately.
