Non-Delivery of Order Scheduled for 29 April 2026

I am writing to express my frustration regarding an order that was scheduled for delivery today, 29 April 2026.

I received communication confirming that my order was out for delivery; however, it has not been delivered. This is extremely disappointing, especially as this order is important for my daughter’s birthday.

I would like immediate clarification on the status of my delivery and an explanation as to why it was not delivered as promised. Please also advise on the earliest possible resolution and when I can expect my order to arrive.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I would appreciate urgent attention to this matter.
