Non delivery of order number - OD***

Good day,

One the 21 June 2025, I ordered 2 x QQ Bar chairs grey metal bar which never I arrived at my address, when I contacted Makro, they referred me to their courier guy company who claimed to have delivered my chairs, when I asked them to provide me with the details of the person who signed for the delivery, they said they were still investigating.
