Non delivery of order

Please confirm when my order will be delivered? Placed a order 24 Nov.. Site still shows order processing. I paid immediately with my debit card and there was no delay in taking my R2000 + R70 for delivery. The guys at ********** 999 (customercare) tell me they cant help me I should call the courier company or Silverlakes makro. The store managers says he has nothing to do with online ordering?? I did not ever order from silver lakes, i ordered online... As for phoneing the courrier company.. How should i know what company i must call if they cant tell me who is supposed to deliver my purchase??? No one has knowledge of my order. A lady from makro phoned me saturday 01 december after I sent a few emails, said that my order will be delivered today04 december after 12am..I made arrangements for 04 december to have someone at home for the delivery... Still nothing...
