Non-delivery of items

I bought milk and Ironing board from Makro online and was told the order will be delivered by Makro Centurion. They decided to split the delivery order and only delivered the ironing board. This sucks and was forced to go and collect the milk from the store because they were not able to trace where it was. For such a big store, this is unacceptable.
