Non delivery of item purchased

I bought a wine cooler at Makro and the delivered a washing machine. I've been trying for the past 3 weeks to get my fridge. I actually need that fridge asap. It doesn't help phoning them or speaking on WhatsApp, it's all the same, promise to get back to me every day for the last 3 weeks
