NON DELIVERY OF GOODS
It has now been three weeks since my order was placed. I've still not received my complete order nor have I received any feedback.
This level of service is just unacceptable from a company like Makro.

I was promised weeks ago that my order would be delivered.
My communication with the call center and emails have been nothing more than a waste of my time.
The after sales service is disgusting.
It appears all makro is concerned about is taking our money, there's is no concern of delivery of goods. I will definitely think twice before purchasing anything from Makro again.
