Non delivery of furniture

On 8 November 2024 i ordered a couch from Makro online, then on the 14th got a message that it has been handed over to a courier partner, then thereafter there is no communication whatsoever, so on the 16 November 2024 i called the call center and talked to Lesedi who checked my order and seemed to have no idea why it is not delivered yet, he promised to get back to me but never did, i have no courier details or tracking number. I have on ocassions ordered from Makro and always got real time communication regarding my orders.
