NON DELIVERY - NO REFUND AFTER 1 1/2 MONTHS!!

Bought 2 printer ribbons on 30 May. 6 June 2023 still no delivery so I called. Was promised feedback (nothing!!) 9 June 2023 I receive a Tax Invoice telling me it's been delivered (NOT!!). I complained with no response. Someone would get back to me with proof of delivery. (what a joke) I've subsequently cancelled the order and requested a refund. No response. I called Customer Care twice today (19 July 2023), second time held on for 40 mins. Nothing!! Order ID:MAK***. Do the right thing and refund on what you never delivered.
