Non delivery and no refund

I ordered a UPS AND POWERBANK on the 6th July 2022 online. Only to receive the power bank only. No email communication no phone call explaining why. I had to call 3 times and to hear we will look into it. 2 days after I get a call to say the supplier was out of stock and they will fo a refund. I have been calling everyday and the answer remains the same.....we will look into this. Their service has become nothing short of disappointing. R500 is not a joke to just leave.
