Non delivery
Makro does not deserve the 1 star I had to click to write the revue. I have been waiting more than a week for delivery. Every time I log a query the answer is computer generated. “We have re-booked delivery please allow 1 - 2 business days for delivery”. I have since requested a refund even if I have to wait 7 - 14 working days to get my money back. No response from Makro yet.

I can not get a refund until it is returned, that I do not know how it will be returned if it is not delivered, and then I have to wait a further 14 working days for a refund. This is totally unacceptable that Macro continues to use a way below parr courier company and the customer has to suffer the consequences.
