Non Delivery

The second time I have a trouble purchasing goods form Makro. The contact centre is a waste of time as they keep you hanging on for ages. The online web site abbreviates the address the result is that that the courier company failed to deliver. The courier company did on use the postal code for delivery. They do not notify you that delivery has failed it is only when I followed up that i saw the abbreviated address . A very poor show.
