Non Delivery.

Orderd 2 ply toilet paper online on the 6th of September. After delivery I realized it was 1ply and attempted to log a return and the system didnt allow me. I went to the store with the product and they refused a exchange. They logged a return for the driver to collect from my house and I'm still waiting. Im stuck with 50 toilet rolls. They don't even answer the phone. And this is not the first time.
