Non delivery

I purchased an item two weeks ago online. The contractual commitment on the Makro website guarantees 2 to 5 working days. Since then I received several general e-mails apologising for non delivery due to out of stock issues but no new commitment on delivery. It is clear that Makro is not a responsible supplier maintaining their legal commitment.
