Non Deliver of a Fridge

Makro is a ****, I bought a fridge and I have been following up. The customer service is really horrible. I need that fridge and that is my hard earned money. Your call centre agent promised that the fridge will be delivered on Monday 21st but it was just another lie. Just shut down your online store if you can't deliver. This is *****ing and ***** at this point.
