Non-Compliant Product sold on Makro Online

I ordered an electric grill from Makro online and the first order was cancelled without any communication and got refunded after 4 days. Then I placed an order again of the same item from a different supplier this time. The Delivery was swift and got delivered the next day. However, the item brand was different to what I ordered, and the item came with a EUROPEAN TYPE F SCHUKO PLUG (CEE 7/4) which is banned and not allowed in South Africa. This plug poses a huge risk of shock and yet it is sold through Makro. I had the item returned the same day and again, had to wait for almost 2 weeks to get a refund for a wrong and non compliant product they sold and delivered to me. Don’t even start with the whatsapp service. It is Almost non-existent! ABSOLUTELY CRAZY for such a giant retailer!
