Non Compliant gas stove top burner sold to me which is not compliant with gas regulations in South Africa.

It has been now well over a year since I returned an non compliant gas burner to Makro. The last follow up I was promised a credit with apology ( I can recall 3 promises like that) and nothing has happened since. Please think twice before buying appliances from Makro. Their customer service is non existent. I cannot believe that they are still in business.
