Noktula The laughing manager

Im waited long enough. Not too long ago I went makro to purchase a washing machine. Thecsales staff were eager to recommend a midea 13kg. It gave problems almost immediately so ww took it back a while later the technicians called and explained the issues even stating he doesn't think that its a 13kg instead a 9. Thats not the issue thought My mom went to Makro to collect the machine did not ask for refund or anything but merely explained what she was told. The manager Noktula was on the phone joking to her colleagues and laughed at my mother screaming how she had heard it all and how "this lady" is not getting a refund. I tried being courteous by sending a complaint to Makro 1st but its over a month. NO WASHING MACHINE NO RESPONSE. Makro STRUBENSVALLEY IS A JOKE!!!! I will now be on all social media. I will be taking this to the ombuds and intend to lay a civil suit against Makro STRUBENSVALLEY. The is TCF and CPA let alone Defermation as you made my mother look like a lyer and insulted her character infront of colleagues and customers
