No Voucher

I realized I did not receive my birthday voucher. I enquire from my friend and some indicated that they still do. I lodge a complaint on Makro's website and their excuse is that I have cancelled promos from them and it is now too late, but we are still in March. How come if I cancel the promos I still receive emails and SMS. Are they only sending this out to friends of theirs.
