No telephonic service

I am not very ecstatic with the service I received from Makro Ottery. I wanted to place a bulk order for Friday but except for the switchboard operator the rest of the personnel either did not want to help, or did not know how to take an order. The phone call lasted just over 10min and I got transferred from person to person without any assistance. After waiting so long I requested to speak to the manager (maybe he could take the order) but he was not available. Left my name and number in the end, let's hope they call me back.
