No support for Online purchases

Hi

I placed an online order, was very pleased with how easy your online shopping was however getting support feels impossible, support team doesn't respond to emails, when calling the online store support I sat waiting for 10min until it just went dead.

Unacceptable that someone purchases from your online store but cannot get any help when needed, last time I use Makro online store and if your stores are too busy I will just use takealot going forward
