No stock on promotional items

I'm absolutely disappointed in the promotional items at makro. I saw a fridge at makro and it was sold out. I mean can I not order one and when stock comes in I can get one. What's the use of advertising the fridge however nothing is in stock. This really is bad service for such a world wide company. I was so looking forward to buying this for she which is not even available o. The internet. I'm really disappointed.
