No stock items not refunded on online purchase

Ordered groceries online. Some items were delivered but others they had no stock and cancelled those items. To date I am waiting for a refund on the items they cancelled due to no stock. Called the call center on numerous occasions and they tell me its sitting with their finance department to pay the refund. 3 months later still no refund and no communication. Never order online at Makro
