No stock but money still deducted.
I placed for a fridge and paid, minutes later I got and Email saying no stock and I'll be refunded in the next 2 to 10 days. I desperately need this fridge. I don't understand why take the money them realize there's no stock.

07 Jul 2024, 10:57Yesterday I called and I was told the issue has been escalated, today I called again and I was told that they cannot even allocate where my oder is. According to them it's been out for delivery since the 3rd. Makro doesn't care at all.

12 Jul 2024, 07:1013 days later I still haven't received my oder and Makro say they cannot tell where my oder is, according to their records it was dispatched on the 3th of July. No updates unless I call. All my messages are ignored.
