No staff and **** managers

Alberton Makro is so far down the toilet with service it's scary. Approximately a month ago I battled to get help in the outdoor section for a led lamp I bought, never the less I left without finding what I was looking for. This morning I decided to venture through Makro again in search of several items. First stop the tool section. On entry to the section there was no onethereto assist. I waited and waited, finally got another staff member from an adjacent section to have them paged. Again I waited, no one pitched, I decided to leave the items I was after and headed through to the bath and bed section. After this I realised I had not bought a new patio set which was of course the original reason for the visit. A quick detour find me in the outdoor camping section, again to my surprise no one was there. I went round to the cheque clearance counter and asked for a manager. A manager was called (Selwyn naidoo) I believe. I waited On the manager like a fool. After a few minutes I decided to pay for what I had. At this point the manager pitched up, I gave an explanation to him and got a very nonchalant attitude,it came across like he had more imported thing to do than listen to the complaints of a common customer. He left me to stand in the clothing section for a rather long time chatting to his buddy. When I finally left he was still chatting. I will not visit this store again, they have absolutely no people's s****. I thought that since they fell in with massmart etc they would have a superior staff compliment. This is unfortunately not the case in Alberton.
