No Show on Delivery & no communication for more than 2 weeks no.
My delivery promise was 30 Dec, my order did not come. I contacted Makro and spoke to someone and they said they have escalated. Someone called us back on the 31st Dec confirming address as if they are coming and nothing. I contacted Makro via WhatsApp and gave me a delivery promise for the Monday 05 Jan. Till now as we speak no communication, no delivery. Makro is absolutely terrible at this.

06 Jan 2026, 10:19I reached out to Makro again this morning, To make matters worse, one agent informed me that my order was canceled due to “seller issues,” while another insisted it was still “out for delivery.” This contradictory and misleading communication is unacceptable. I purchased directly through Makro, where stock was indicated, and yet I am left without clarity, without my order, and without trust in your service. The experience feels dishonest, and I now warn others: ordering online from Makro is at your own risk!

I spoke to someone this morning and they told me that my order was not processed for cancelation on their side. The note is just sitting there, meaning my refund is no where near being processed.
I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU AND I AM REPORTING YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN. Its like you are trying to **** me from my money. No item delivered, no refund.
