No show delivery on promised date/time

Ordered a stove on Saturday 07 March at the Springfield Durban Makro branch to be delivered on Tuesday 10 March (yesterday) after 2pm. Paid my delivery fee as well. I especially took leave just to be home when it gets delivered. Guess what. No delivery. Numerous phone calls with empty promises where the sales person even refused taking my calls after about the 5th one. I need answers and I need answers now. Do you think so little of people's time that you can't keep to a delivery schedule? Disgusting.
