NO service when it's needed

So 2 Fridays ago i ordered a new hone for my wife for her birthday. It is her birthday TODAY! and guess what?? I HAVE NO PHONE!!

It was supposed to have been delivered already. I received 2 or the 3 items but NOT the most important one.

I know now NOT to count on Makro at all.

As of this morning 02/10/2018 08:26 I have still not received the phone. I BELIEVE it should be delivered today! after having to buy a new gift Makro should GIVE this to me!
