NO SERVICE FROM MAKRO ON-LINE

Actually they deserve less than the one star rating. On 21 January I ordered a dashcam from Makro On-line but I did not receive the item as advertised. I contacted them and asked for the collection of it.I received confirmation that it would be collected on 4 February. Since then I've made numerous phone calls, sent emails and WhatsApps. On 11 February I received an email stating that The Courier Guy would collect the item BUT the adress was wrong and it was furniture which would be picked up. I rep**** to the mail and gave Makro the correct info. Since then I was in contact with Makro On-line every day. I asked them to collect the item urgently because we're going on holiday. They had 3 days to collect the camera. It's now been 5 days. I phoned once again and asked to speak to a manager. Unfortunately he was out and would call back. I'm still waiting.....
