No service from makro at all!!!

The service I get from Makro is the worst I have recieved in my life!!! I will never buy from them ever !!! I returned a broken item a month ago, since then I had to keep in touch with them witch is impossible to do because I cant get a hold of any one at makro Polokwane, at the call centre nobody can help me. I requested numerous times for a manager to phone me, till this day nobody did. This is a battle I am fighting for a month now, and still I dont know whats is going on. All I want is either a new item or my money back. Makro is *****ing from me.
