no service, false advertising
<p>I am a game card holder, recently I received an SMS informing me that I could use my game card at makro . If I used my card to the value of 1000 Rand I would get a 200 credit off. I drove all the way to macro in montegue gardens in cape town, did some shopping but my game card does not work there, apparently some sort of technical glitche ,but I don't know because nobody bothered to explain to me why. I was even asked if I had another card which defeats the purpose of why I was there. So be warned your game card does not work at makro ,nobody can explain why, you will be embarrassed and will waste your time. </p>
I understand the system failure was completely out of their control and I can use my card there. Thank you for taking the time to explain to me what went wrong .
