No Service Delivery

I scheduled a return on a washing machine. It was scheduled for Wednesday 11 September. The collection was confirmed by phone call to the national all center.

No collection made.

I then called on Thursday, they sent me a confirmation mail that collection will take place on Saturday 14 September. Guess what? NO COLLECTION MADE!!!

Seems like Makro is quick to advertise that they are the best and very quick to take your monies, but when a wrong item gets delivered at your house and you need a refund, then it is just a bunch of empty promises.

I am disappointed in Makro's service. I do not recommend Makro.
