No service delivery

Good day I bought a TV at Makro Centurion on 19/12/2021 and it stop working around 21/01/2021 I have call them to report the problem on 22/01/2022 they said they will come back haven't heard from them so 29/01/2022 I when to Makro Centurion and report it there and today is 04/02/2022 I'm still waiting for them to come back to me or repair it. That is my problem so what to do about it
