No service

On 24th of January I purchased several items online(from Bloemfontein branch). On Friday, 7 February, I received only 1 of the 2 parcels/boxes. The delivery guy(Dawn Wing courier) told me to write on the label that I only received 1 of the parcels and sign. The other one is still on its way. Now Makro and Dawn Wings status shows that both parcels were delivered. After several emails/phone calls, no response from anyone. Still waiting for my parcel...
