No service and support.
I have not been emailed our invoices for several months. I have phoned customer service and support several times only to be put on hold for what seems like hours or have the phone hung up in my ear. This is ***********, pathetic and unacceptable.

I hope from now the invoices are emailed and downloadable for every purchase.
