0 Stars, worst online service I have ever received . I brought a office chair, my 45 kg girlfriend sat on it the first time and it broke. We sent back the chair, only to receive back the exact same broken chair. Nobody can help me from customer service. I have phoned head office only to be told “this is not my job”. It has been a month since i paid for the chair and stil no outcome

21 Jun 2023, 09:32I still have not received the chair it has been 5 weeks nou since i paid for the chair. It was alot of money spent and i still havent received anything. I want my chair or my money back by friday 23 of June 2023 or I will shame you name on facebook, Instagram and all sosial media platforms. Never in my life wil inbuy another thing from a Makro store or Online. I will also encourage every one else I know to do the same.
