NO SERVICE

Makro has a non existent follow up procedure. I have been waiting for delivery of an order for nearly 3 months. I decided to cancel but they can’t even do that as well. Makro use to be my favourite store but you have now disappointed me. You keep saying ypu will escalate the problem and locate my order… but time is ticking and no service from you. Please don’t reply privately to this review. Do it openly so that everyone can see. Come with answers not your “sorry for the inconvenience”
